Blessedtees, a BT Republic creation, uses customer information to fulfill orders, provide real-time status updates, and—only when you choose it—send news about releases, sales, and campaigns.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, order details, payment status, communication preferences, and inquiry information you submit through the website. If website analytics are enabled, we may also collect device, browser, page-view, and interaction data through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
Order information is used for checkout, payment verification, inventory, packing, delivery, customer service, accounting, and transactional email or text updates. Contact-form information is used to answer your question, record follow-up, and resolve your concern. Marketing messages are a separate optional purpose and require your affirmative choice.
Automatic marketing
If you join the Blessedtees Circle, the system may automatically send an email or text when a new release is published or a sale or campaign is activated. Each marketing message identifies Blessedtees and provides an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary updates about an active order.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used for payments, email, text messaging, website hosting, storage, delivery, and—when configured—website analytics and advertising measurement. They receive only the information needed to perform their service.
Retention and protection
Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated business, legal, accounting, security, and customer-service purposes. Blessedtees uses role-based access and operational controls to protect customer records.
Your choices and rights
You may request access or correction, object to direct marketing, withdraw consent, or request deletion where applicable. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or contact Blessedtees at blessedteesofficial@gmail.com.
